SHANG GONG was founded with a simple belief: wine, in its purest form, can be a companion to a balanced lifestyle. We specialize in berry wines and berry XO brandy — crafted from seven types of berries: raspberry, goji berry, black mulberry, sea buckthorn, blackberry, cranberry, and blackcurrant. These ingredients are carefully selected from their native growing regions in China, following seasonal harvests.

Our true secret lies not in any single berry, but in the “Synergistic Formula” that combines all seven. This blend follows an Eastern philosophy where ingredients work in harmony, amplifying each other’s benefits — like an orchestra creating a masterpiece far greater than any single instrument. This is the core of our unique drink.

Craftsmanship: Patience at Every Step
We utilize a low-temperature slow fermentation process (20-22°C for 49 days) to gently extract the natural flavors and compounds from the berries. After fermentation, the wine is naturally settled for 180 days, then aged for 3 to 10 years in underground cellars (12 meters deep, with constant temperature and humidity). Our XO brandy undergoes additional oak barrel aging for even greater complexity.
Our ESTATE
Established in 2013, our winery and distillery span over 50 acres with an investment of 200 million RMB. It integrates R&D, production, aging, sale and cultural experience center under one roof, ensuring full traceability and quality control.
